Terms of Service
AML Consulting Solutions, Inc.
Effective Date: June 13, 2026
Last Updated: June 13, 2026
These Terms of Service, together with any documents or policies referenced herein, govern your access to and use of the websites, online portals, training platforms, digital materials, forms, tools, content, communications, and other online services provided by AML Consulting Solutions, Inc. ("AMLCSI," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our website or online services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use our website or online services.
These Terms apply to website visitors, users of AMLCSI online platforms, trainees, account holders, and any person or entity accessing AMLCSI digital content or services. Separate written agreements may apply to clients who retain AMLCSI for consulting, advisory, compliance support, examination assistance, program development, or other professional services.
1. Website and Online Services
AMLCSI provides information, training, compliance-related resources, online access tools, educational materials, forms, templates, certificates, account portals, and other digital services related to Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, regulatory compliance, and related topics.
Our website and online services may include, without limitation:
- Public website content;
- Articles, explanations, updates, guides, and general information;
- Online training courses and learning materials;
- Digital certificates or completion records;
- Client or user portals;
- Downloadable documents, forms, templates, or resources;
- Account access, authentication, notifications, and support tools;
- Other online services made available by AMLCSI from time to time.
We may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or restrict access to any part of our website or online services at any time.
2. No Client Relationship Created by Website Use
Accessing our website, viewing content, submitting a contact form, creating an online account, completing a training course, downloading materials, or using any online service does not by itself create a consulting relationship, advisory relationship, client relationship, fiduciary relationship, or professional engagement between you and AMLCSI.
A client relationship with AMLCSI is created only when AMLCSI expressly accepts the engagement and the applicable client agreement, proposal, order, invoice, subscription, or other written arrangement has been accepted or executed as required by AMLCSI.
If there is a conflict between these Terms of Service and a separately signed agreement between you and AMLCSI, the separately signed agreement will control with respect to the services covered by that agreement.
3. No Legal Advice
AMLCSI is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Information provided through our website, training materials, online services, forms, templates, communications, or digital tools is for general informational, educational, compliance-support, and business purposes only.
Nothing on our website or online services should be interpreted as legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or a legal opinion. You should consult a qualified attorney, accountant, or other appropriate professional for advice regarding your specific legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or compliance obligations.
4. No Compliance Guarantee
AMLCSI may provide information, training, tools, templates, and other materials designed to assist with compliance-related activities. However, use of our website, online services, training courses, forms, templates, certificates, or other materials does not guarantee that any person or business is compliant with applicable laws, regulations, rules, guidance, examination expectations, licensing requirements, contractual obligations, or industry standards.
You are responsible for determining how any information or materials apply to your specific business, facts, jurisdiction, license type, operations, products, services, customers, risks, and regulatory obligations.
AMLCSI does not guarantee any regulatory outcome, licensing approval, examination result, audit result, enforcement outcome, penalty avoidance, or acceptance by any government agency, financial institution, examiner, regulator, auditor, or third party.
5. User Accounts and Access Credentials
Some online services may require an account, username, password, verification method, or other access credential. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or using an account and to update such information as necessary.
You may not share your login credentials with unauthorized persons, permit unauthorized access to AMLCSI systems, or use another person's account without permission.
AMLCSI may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any account if we believe that the account has been misused, compromised, shared improperly, used in violation of these Terms, associated with unpaid services, or used in a manner that may create risk for AMLCSI, other users, or any system.
6. Training, Certificates, and Educational Materials
AMLCSI may provide online training courses, quizzes, completion records, certificates, educational content, and related materials.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Training content is provided for educational and compliance-support purposes only;
- Certificates indicate completion of the applicable training activity and do not constitute a license, regulatory approval, professional certification, or guarantee of compliance;
- AMLCSI may set requirements for course completion, including viewing content, completing quizzes, achieving a minimum score, or satisfying other criteria;
- AMLCSI may revoke, correct, reissue, or invalidate a certificate if it was issued in error, obtained through misuse, associated with inaccurate user information, or otherwise inconsistent with AMLCSI's records or requirements.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly display, reproduce, modify, upload, share, or make available AMLCSI training content, course materials, videos, quizzes, forms, templates, certificates, or other materials except as expressly authorized by AMLCSI in writing.
7. Permitted Use
Subject to these Terms, AMLCSI grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website and online services for lawful, internal, informational, educational, or business purposes.
You may use AMLCSI materials only for the purpose for which they were made available and only in accordance with these Terms, any applicable written agreement, and all applicable laws and regulations.
No ownership rights are transferred to you by your use of the website, online services, training materials, forms, templates, certificates, or other AMLCSI content.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the website or online services to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, rule, or third-party right;
- Copy, reproduce, resell, sublicense, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit AMLCSI content without authorization;
- Share login credentials or allow unauthorized users to access restricted materials;
- Attempt to bypass access controls, authentication systems, payment requirements, or security measures;
- Interfere with, disrupt, damage, overload, or impair the website, online services, servers, networks, or systems;
- Upload malicious code, viruses, malware, harmful files, or unauthorized automated scripts;
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, extract, or collect data from the website or online services without written authorization;
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, authority, certification status, training completion, or relationship with AMLCSI;
- Use AMLCSI materials in a misleading, unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized manner;
- Remove copyright notices, proprietary notices, watermarks, metadata, or other ownership indicators;
- Use the website or online services for any purpose that AMLCSI determines, in its sole discretion, may create legal, regulatory, operational, security, reputational, or commercial risk.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, documents, templates, training modules, videos, images, graphics, text, software, tools, forms, downloads, certificates, trademarks, service marks, logos, designs, trade names, website layout, platform structure, and other materials made available by AMLCSI are owned by AMLCSI or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly authorized in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display, publish, transmit, sell, license, or otherwise exploit AMLCSI content or materials.
Any unauthorized use of AMLCSI content may result in suspension or termination of access and may subject you to legal claims.
10. User-Submitted Information
You may provide information to AMLCSI through forms, portals, uploads, messages, email, training registrations, account profiles, or other online services. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right and authority to provide it.
You should not submit confidential, sensitive, privileged, regulated, or proprietary information through public website forms unless the form or service is specifically intended for that purpose.
Information submitted to AMLCSI may be used to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, administer accounts, deliver training, issue certificates, provide support, maintain records, improve services, comply with legal obligations, and for other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Privacy Policy
Your use of the website and online services is also governed by AMLCSI's Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how AMLCSI collects, uses, stores, protects, and discloses information.
By using our website or online services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed or had the opportunity to review our Privacy Policy.
12. Payments, Subscriptions, and Online Purchases
Some online services, training courses, subscriptions, downloads, or platform features may require payment. Prices, billing terms, renewal terms, cancellation rules, and refund policies may be stated at the time of purchase, in an invoice, in a subscription order, or in a separate written agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees paid for access to online training, digital materials, certificates, subscriptions, or online services are non-transferable.
AMLCSI may suspend or terminate access to paid services if payment is not received, a payment is reversed or disputed, or the account is otherwise not in good standing.
13. Refunds
Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined based on the specific service, product, subscription, course, or written agreement involved.
Unless AMLCSI states otherwise in writing, access to digital materials, downloadable content, completed training, issued certificates, or used online services may be non-refundable.
AMLCSI may deny a refund request where the service has already been accessed, consumed, downloaded, completed, delivered, or substantially performed.
14. Electronic Communications
By using AMLCSI's website or online services, submitting forms, creating an account, purchasing services, enrolling in training, or communicating with us electronically, you consent to receive electronic communications from AMLCSI.
Electronic communications may include account notices, training notices, certificate notices, service updates, security messages, transactional messages, administrative notices, document requests, support communications, and other service-related messages.
You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15. SMS/Text Messages
AMLCSI may offer SMS/text message communications for transactional, administrative, account-related, training-related, compliance-related, authentication, reminder, or service-related purposes.
By providing a mobile number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from AMLCSI. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
AMLCSI does not use SMS/text messages for unrelated marketing unless separately authorized where required by law.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message received from AMLCSI or by contacting AMLCSI directly. Opting out of SMS messages may affect your ability to receive certain reminders, authentication messages, or service-related notifications, but it does not relieve you of any obligations that may apply under a separate agreement or applicable law.
16. Use of Technology, Automation, and AI-Assisted Tools
AMLCSI may use technology, automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, software tools, or similar systems to support website functionality, online services, training delivery, content development, internal workflows, document processing, quality control, customer support, compliance-support activities, and service improvement.
AI-assisted or automated tools may generate, organize, summarize, classify, review, or assist with content or information. Such tools may produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate outputs.
You are responsible for reviewing any information, materials, outputs, documents, forms, templates, recommendations, or other content before relying on them or using them in your business.
AMLCSI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legal sufficiency, regulatory acceptance, or suitability of any AI-assisted or automated output.
17. Third-Party Services and Links
The website or online services may contain links to third-party websites, government websites, payment processors, software providers, embedded tools, external platforms, or other third-party services.
Third-party services are not controlled by AMLCSI. AMLCSI is not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, security, privacy practices, terms, policies, or actions of any third-party website or service.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies provided by those third parties.
18. Availability and Security
AMLCSI uses reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and security of its website and online services. However, we do not guarantee that the website or online services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device or browser, or available at all times.
Access may be interrupted, limited, delayed, or unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, cybersecurity events, hosting interruptions, third-party failures, internet disruptions, regulatory requirements, force majeure events, or other circumstances.
AMLCSI may take actions we consider appropriate to protect our systems, users, content, data, business operations, or legal interests.
19. Disclaimers
The website, online services, content, materials, training, forms, templates, tools, certificates, and other services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, except as otherwise expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMLCSI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, regulatory acceptance, compliance outcome, or suitability for any specific business, use, jurisdiction, or purpose.
AMLCSI does not warrant that the website or online services will meet your requirements, produce a particular result, satisfy any regulatory requirement, or be free from errors, interruptions, harmful components, or security vulnerabilities.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMLCSI and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, regulatory penalties, examination findings, enforcement actions, or other losses arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the website, online services, content, training materials, tools, templates, certificates, or other materials.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMLCSI's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the website or online services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to AMLCSI for the specific online service giving rise to the claim during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
21. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AMLCSI and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses, and fees, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:
- Your use or misuse of the website or online services;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, rule, or third-party right;
- Information, documents, files, or materials you submit to AMLCSI;
- Your unauthorized use or distribution of AMLCSI content or materials;
- Your reliance on website content, online services, training materials, templates, tools, or other materials without appropriate review or professional advice;
- Any activity conducted through your account or credentials.
22. Suspension and Termination
AMLCSI may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the website or online services at any time if we believe that:
- You violated these Terms;
- Your account or credentials were misused or compromised;
- You failed to pay amounts owed, if applicable;
- Your use creates security, legal, operational, regulatory, reputational, or commercial risk;
- Your access is no longer authorized;
- Suspension or termination is necessary to protect AMLCSI, other users, systems, data, or third parties.
Termination or suspension does not waive any rights or remedies available to AMLCSI.
23. Changes to These Terms
AMLCSI may update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date or last updated date.
Your continued use of the website or online services after updated Terms are posted means that you accept the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the website and online services.
24. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or the online services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
25. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or modified to accomplish the original intent as closely as possible.
26. Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without AMLCSI's prior written consent.
AMLCSI may assign, transfer, or delegate its rights or obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, transfer of business operations, or by operation of law.
27. Entire Agreement for Website and Online Services
These Terms, together with any policies or terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and AMLCSI regarding your use of the website and online services, except to the extent you have entered into a separate written agreement with AMLCSI.
A separate written agreement, client service agreement, proposal, order, invoice, subscription agreement, or other accepted arrangement may impose additional or different terms for specific services.
